Wife threatening to lodge fake domestic violence case if her unreasonable demands not met in 2 days. Does that mean immediate arrest without court listening to facts? What should be done to seek protection? Are all laws biased against men? Want to peacefully live with her and kids but she not returning back from her parent's house and blocked access to kids as well for 4 months. She asking to send all her and kid's belongings else threat of domestic violence case. What should be done? Can police just arrest though she is not coming back? Do I have to part with all her kid's stuff in fear of bullying?

on every complaint police enquired the matter and if found tru then do the further preceding otherwise same be cancelled and also can take action against the complainant for false complaint
