Mr. Hemang, if you can afford tuition/coaching classes for your kids then don't restrict your wife from doing job as I feel that she is career oriented girl but if you cannot afford coaching classes then you can ask your parents & her parents to sit together & make her understand that her teaching your kids would save not only the money but also would help her gain experience in teaching kids. Ask her to teach your kids for some more time & once they become more mature & can handle their studies properly then she can join her job again...this way she can again fulfil her career dreams as well.

what does she wants ? & what do you want that will help me to guide you better. If you want to stay with her then you can file Sec. 9 HMA case by which court wud order her to come back to her matrimonial home & discharge matrimonial duties with you. If you want divorce then you can file it. It depends upon your decision.
