Can we send a legal notice via courier, I have sent a notice via registry from a post office, it has not been delivered yet so need to try another way of delivery.

Yes, you can, but Legal Notices sent under Registered A.D. Cover are always preferred by the courts. Though some of the High Courts have got some couriers as their empaneled delivery agencies.
