  • even state commission does nothing, they get plenty of complaints in daily basis they do nothing, that wud gud for you to build a base for ur case only.., if you really want to save your marriage then call your husband and settle all the dispute between u and ur husband amicably or else approach the court of law...

    he is filling to restore the conjugal rights just as a tactic in order to save himself from the complaint that uh have filed ... if he really want to be with he won't miss the date Nd solve matter amicably ar talk with personally ... just consult the advocate Nd discuss the matter with him.. to take further step other wise uh will just go here Nd there without getting anything...

  • If you really want to live ahead with him, find a lawyer and file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. If you both do not want to live together then file a petition for divorce. Please bear in mind that the police has no role in matrimonial matters.
