In my previous question, I asked about my case. The scene is here that I filed complaint in police against my husband because he left me suddenly n doesn't wanna live with me anymore but then his advocate wrote to me blaming that he wanna restore the conjugal rights,within 30 days I had to respond so I have already replied by Regd AD that I wanna restore the conjugal rights too but I'll live with him at his jobplace because I'm not safe at inlaws & we'll sort out the case further peacefully face to face when we meet for a date at police.As my husband had also asked for another date at police because he missed the last date, but he still didn't come for the date yesterday. Now what can be the next? If he wanted a date himself why didn't he come for the date then? Then I talked to his lawyer asking where is he,we have a date, but she said that she doesn't know where is he, maybe on the way,don't know. she said why don't you come at inlaws home n sort out the matter, everything is fine this n that. I told that we're waiting for him at police to meet. Now, If I have complained about him first, then how can they ask me to come there when already police have called him here to my place. Maybe she said generally but then why my husband didn't come for the date??? They might be planning something against me, but can they really do something when I've complained first n I've all the evidences against him that he left me n doesn't wanna patch up, although I tried a lot earlier. Please guide.
