I am from gujrat. I wanna ask a question regarding registering my marriage under hindu marriage act or special marriage act. can i marry my maternal grandmother's brother's son's daughter according to hindu marriage act. Basically she is my nani's brother's son's daughter. Does it is allowed under hindu marriage act.

Dear Client, As per the Hindu Marriage Act it might be a prohibited degree as the third degree here have a common ancestor. So you might not register it under the Hindu Marriage Act. Please Appreciate
