You may better settle it amicably telling your husband that litigations are not good. But still if he continues with torture then call police and initiate all available proceedings in CRIMINAL law and Matrimonial law. firstly, I think you should try to sort out this problem with the help of your parents as a mediation process ( An attempt to solve problem with the aid of our elders in our family).
