In matrimonial matters law cannot stretch its hands and force you to surrender before the husband. But if his case very strong Court may pass an order for civil imprisonment, that too in rarest of rare cases. Any way if you have courage you lead life with another partner, by filing a case for divorce and interim application seeking permission to live with another person, pending final disposal of divorce case. You must create record in legal field by filing such applications.

if you stay away without obtaining a decree of divorce l, then your husband can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and if there is no solid reason from your side for the separate, there might be chance for husband to get a favourable decree and you will be forced to go with him with the aid of Law.!
