Love Marriage

i want to register my love marriage in india.i am a christian but my gf is hindu.we want to register our marriage without parents knowledge.she told that she will get converted as a christian within a month.if so then under which act we will be registered and will a notice be sent to our parents after our registration and if so then is it preventable and how can we prevent from sending notice to our parents..pls answer my query
