Sir,i have got married one and half months ago.it's a love marriage against parents permission.Me and my wife live together from date of love marriage..But we also have soft corner for our families..we have talked with our families twice or thrice.But they put the continue pressure on us to reach home.But we don't agree with them...they called us continue and put the pressure with local police station..they said please come once and clear your missing complaint.we met them yesterday without police protection at private place but they forcefully separated us.they slapped us and forcefully separated us without our permission.both of us couldn't do anything because we were helpless at that time.today my wife is under strict observation of her family..they forcefully got her mobile and locked her in a room..but i am free right now and i have my marriage proof also..so please tell me what can i do to get my wife back..???

Anyone can go to any Police station at any time. It is a public office. Will it serve your purpose is the big question.

Are you both over the age prescribed for legally valid marriage? If you are, go to your High Court and file a Writ Petition for Habious Corpus. She will be brought to court and you can take her with you. Thereafter no one will trouble you.
