I was married in 2015, In June month after the baby shower function, my wife went for delivery for the first baby at her parents home. We got blessed with a boy baby in July and now it's almost 4 months. Now she is saying she won't return back here, she will stay at her parent's home and grow child on her own, when I asked the reason she is saying that I didn't take care of her in this 5 years, many silly reasons. I don't drink and I don't have any affairs too. Now the problem is I want to be with my baby at my home, can anyone advise me what I should do now.

It would be better for you to get the matter resolved through the social channels with the involvement of some influential people. As the present and prevailing provisions of law are not much in Your favour. Because the child has to be with his Mother till it is Five years old.
