Hi Aditya, I have seen your query carefully and found that you should go for the mutual divorce petition after settlement of all the issues like maintenance, Alimony etc . After filing the joint petition the court will fixed date of 6 months which is called as cooling period thereafter filing the second motion and recording the statement of both the parties the court will grant divorce. if you want any further information or any other advice then contact me without any hesitation through administrator of this website

Dear Sir, Petition for annulment can be filed only on acceptable grounds that to it has to be filed within one year of your marriage.
Well Sir, if you don't annulled it in a legal way then you might have to face loss in future or litigation . problem will start when you ll remarry , she may force you to pay maintenance or any sort of litigation with regard to any financial benifits. so better you apply for Divorce by mutual consent. and rt now when she has already with someone then she might not get any sort of maintenance as well. for more details contact me*Phone*

Dear sir, Marriage cannot be annulled if you two don't wish to stay together. You need to take divorce only. There are certain conditions under which only you can annul the marriage. In your situation you can go for mutual divorce which is a speedy process and I can suggest on how to go about for that. Regards, Kajal Bhatia
