My sister was married 5 years back. At that time, we didn't click any photos or not gone court for issuing a marriage certificate. After 8 months, her husband and his family torture, beat her and make her to stay with us. We thought it was a family matter, it might get resolved on its own. My sister was pregnant also at that time. My niece is around 5 years now and staying with us. Her husband didn't even meet his child. They have her all academics certificates. We came to know that he has married another girl and has a 3year daughter also. My father has become a senior citizen now and he is unable to bear expenses. What to do. Please help!

You should contact the Free Legal Aid Office which is established the Court Complex of Your City. Narrate the matter to them and they will suggest you the appropriate remedy. Otherwise you may file Petition for Maintenance for your sister and niece and also launch criminal proceedings for bigamy against her husband and get him arrested and punished for his act.
