i wish to get marriege annulled mutually as both of us is agreed to it and do not wish to go for divorce . My wife was not mentally fit and was dealing with issues and now we are not together anymore and wish to end this relationship . we have not done any registry

Dear Sir, If there is no medical certificate to that effect then you cannot get your marriage annulled mutually.
