I had done a special marriage (registry) with my husband in 2018 and had a conjugal relationship. But after 15 days of marriage, he refused to live with me because of his family pressure and filed a false annulment case against me. Is this punishable offense? I did not fill any police complaint then. Now is there any legal way where I can apply for his punishment?

Dear Piya is your husband married you by any pressure or any force was he not willing to marry you if it was love marriage with mutual interest and consent if so why has he filed annulment case against you, even if filed it is not a punishable offense.
