  • Any man can marry any woman irrespective of caste or religion provided both do not have legal impediments like living spouse, unsound mind, prohibited relations and are above prescribed age. If you both satisfy the criteria, next moment walk to a Arya Samaj and follow the instructions, they will solemnise your marriage.

Dear San, From the facts naratted by you, you can legally marry the girl. Since the girl is a non Hindu, you would be governed by special marriage act. To be on a safer side, you should first marry her in a temple and then get the marriage registered. Kindly contact a locallawyer to assist you with the process. Happy Married life! PS: I would also recommend that you both sign a prenuptial agreement (an agreement made by a couple before they marry concerning the ownership of their respective assets should the marriage fail) for the long run.
