I stay in my in laws house along with my wife and kids. my father in law owned the property but he passed away. the property is yet to be transferred to my mother in law. my wife wants separation from me. she doesn't want divorce. but she doesn't want me in the house with her. can she keep me out of the house ?

She can keep you out.. You have no legal right to reside in their property.. If it happened, you can file restitution petition for enforcing her to live with u.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
