Validity If Interim Stay

Usually it will be valid till next date of hearing until and unless orders were passed after hearing both the parties on merits of the case.

First of all Interim Stay for what? The term Interim Order means. A temporary court order; intended to be of limited duration, usually just until the court has had an opportunity of hearing the full case and make a final order.
