If the marriage was as per Hindu rites and of both of you are Hindus. Then marriage is legal. you can file appropriate proceedings for separation

If the Arya Samaj Mandir issues a false certificate then an application can be filed in a civil court to nullify it's effect and in case all the photographs, videos etc available and at the time of marriage it was authorized then only wayout is divorce. If the marriage is done as per Hindu Customs and Rites then it is a legal marriage, in presence of some witnesses, even though the mandir is not authorised to issue certificate of marriage, which is required for regn.of marriage, for a limited purpose.
