Mr.Rakesh, Try for Divorce by Mutual Consent for the Reason till today not even 2% of case were able Prove Adultery. As per Law a mere allegation will not work. Adultery defined in Indian Penal Code states Sexual Intercourse. Unless Sexual Intercourse is not proved you will not able win the case. While another way of Proving Adultery is if she given birth to baby or she was conceived and opted for Abortion during your absence can be good Ground. So think over before taking ground adultery. if you want to terminate the matrimonial knot, then, try to settle the matter amicably with your wife involving elders/relatives/friends etc and go for Mutual Consent Divorce which will be decided in 6-18 months, and you both will be free to live life with your wish, to pressurize her, you can show the CCTV footage, if failed, you can file contested divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty, adultary but it will take many years, once you file contested divorce she may file/claim 498a complaint Domestic Violence case maintenance, so be ready for them too,
