The wife has not taken separation or divorce. I just went away with kids for 4 months and not coming back from her parent's house. Now she is asking via lawyer notice to send all her belongings PLUS Kids' belongings in 2 days. I have no issue with returning her things but since she has CLUBBED demand with kids' belongings, DO NOT WANT to part with kids' belongings since there is no separation. Does that mean she can file a police complaint under 406 or other sections or arrest me for the delay in returning her things? Is this civil or criminal issue she is threatening me with. Do I have to abide by that 2 day deadline and if I do not respond, can she harass me with police. Please help. Really scared
