Part of my mom's ancestors property has been already registered on her brothers name but remaining part has not been registered and divided yet. Now my mom want to bring stay on agriculture land and ancestor house until it gets divided equally is it possible and how we can put this. And also the part of land which they have taken my mom sign long back to get register (while taking sign they had promised to give money but they have not provided yet) can we put case on this also saying promised things has not given. Kindly guide me on this.
