If a drt is selling a property (kurmi (mahato)in an auction which falls under cnt act then can a person who is from obc or general category can buy it for residential purpose? FYI the 1st owner is from kurmi(mahato) caste and he sold it to a different cast(not comes under cnt) in 2001 year. The 2nd owner mortgage his property to bank which is then being kept to auction by bank due to no payout of money.
