SMART LAWYERS HELP! My new Home was built by my papa with Dadaji's capital & is jointly owned by mom & aunt. Dadaji & aunt told papa in 2007 to live in new house & aunt lives in old house [also jointly owned]. After Dadaji's demise in oral partition in 2020, aunt got old while we got new house. My parents run business from new house since 2008. Aug 2023, my aunt started forcefully living in new house too [where she never lived before] to change possession status & claim business.
