How To Evict Son And Daughter In Law From Property?

My elder brother got married in March 2024, within a month conflicts has started with our parents over living arrangements in our two-story house. They demanded the entire ground floor for personal use and rental, which my parents opposed. After numerous disputes, my parents decided to build a separate single-story house for them in another property currently under my father's (age 68) name, and it's completed in March 2025. However, my brother now insists on vacating only if our father transfers his property to him. The property we are living is currently under my mother’s (age 59) name. In this one year my brother's wife beat up mother many times. A few weeks ago during a quarrel my brother slapped my father and me. Despite seeking assistance from a local club, local councillor, and police intervention, my brother and his wife refuse to leave. We are uncertain about the next steps to resolve this situation.
