Hi, Offering possession without a valid OC is illegal and punished. Under-construction projects are those that have not yet received an OC from the authorities. You should call the authorities right away because they are geared to dealing with homebuyer complaints and finding a solution. You also don't have to pay the EMIs for the time being.
