My father and his borther have undivided land and agri land. We only have patta for it. My fathet built a house in a portion and we live thete for 40 years. We pay taxes for that house. Can my uncle ask for the same land in which we have built house?

Dear Sir, It is a joint family property and it seems your father has invested to construct the house. It has to be proved by your father if any such suit is filed by your uncle claiming a portion of the house. Otherwise file a suit for declaration in respect of house property.
