Property Dispute Suit For Permanent Injunction

I had purchased a flat in name of my mother, I had paid all the initial amount of around 12-15 lakhs through online payments. The loan was taken in name of my father and I am the co-applicant and also I paid most of the istallments but its transactions through my fathers account. Some points to highlight: 1. My father doesn't fill ITR. 2. Loan was given on my ITR. 3. Written statement by him in maintenance case that he has no source of income. 4. I cleared the loan and have papers and NOC. Now due to some issues me & my mother are living separately and my father has filed a case of permanent injunction. Kindly guide what can be done.
