4 Brothers and 2 sisters. Brothers stay on the property, where one of the bother occupies a bigger place. If one of the brother wants to continue to stay in the property as he is occupying a bigger space and does not show interest in selling off the property or giving it for redevelopment and also does not want to go to the register office to register the property under all the brothers and sisters name then what options to the other children have, the Mother passed recently without a will and property card is in her name,

Hi, If according to the will, the property belongs to the mother, then the property will be in her name until her death or until she transfers her property by a will to anyone. After the death of the mother in the nonpresence of the father the property will be divided equally among all the wards, sons and daughters included. After that any son can voluntarily relinquish the property anytime. Thank you.
