Property Registration On Wife Name

Husband purchased house on my name,his job in gulf,payment 1C from his personal NRE and remain 15L paid from we both join NRO a/c to builder directly.I am housewife so no income source. In 22, IT notice has been issued to me the property purchase, so I have declared that I am housewife no payment from me to purchase of this house,husband is NRI,he purchased the property and used my name,all payment to builder from his income. registration time husband is not presented in India,so I went &registered on my name,so IT accepted declaration and no tax was apply husband has available all document transactions,duly signed IT declaration by me & IT accepted declaration of also saying that you did not any part about purchase of house so there will be no tax he had filed ownership declaration, permanent injunction suit to family Court sec 7 sale deed on my name only, but submitted all documents the court judgement can go favour to husband How can I fight to this case to hold of property?
