Property Succession Rights

We are a Hindu family in Andhra Pradesh. My father aged 75 who is alive has a house on his name given by his maternal grandfather (house is registered on his name). He also has another self acquired house which he has built with his earnings. We are 2 sons and 1 daughter and all of us are married. My father has registered his WILL and mentioned my elder brother as his legal hire to the house given by his maternal grandfather and myself as legal hire for the self acquired house. He has given 3 acres of ancestral property land to my married sister during her marriage. My sister and her husband are now claiming rights on the house he received from his maternal grandfather which is registered on his name. Want to understand in this scenario though my father has clearly mentioned legal hires in his registered will, would my married sister has any succession rights on that house based on Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005.
