your fathers brother can execute relinquishment deed in favour of your parent. your problem will get solved
Hello Sir In order to transfer the property from joint ownership to solely in your mother or father name name then you'll have to pay the 33% of the price of property to your uncle, which he has paid for the property. There is no way you'll not have to pay that 33% because of age factor, age has nothing to do with it. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful.
Dear Sir, There will be no age related issues. If you want to transfer in the joint names of your parents NOC from your father’s brother is necessary. You have to pay back the amount paid by him if any. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
If your uncle has paid his 33%, to get his share you will have to pay him for his share. But, if voluntarily executes gift deed gifting his share in the property to your parents or relinquishment deed relinquishing his right in the property in favor of your father in such circumstances nothing needs to be paid, if not you are bound to pay.
