Removal Of HUF Share In Property

Dear Sir, I needed some guidance. Kindly help. For the purchase of the house in which we are residing, following were the investments made 5yrs back: 1) Myself: 1.5Cr 2) My father: 1Cr 3) HUF: 24 lakhs. To avoid any avoidable future hassles with coparceners (my 2 sisters are staying abroad), my father who is the HUF Karta would like to make a deed whereby he shall accept 24 lakhs payment from myself back into the HUF account so as to nullify the HUF ownership in this property. Since my father being Karta had invested 24lakhs from the HUF account into this property, we hope it should be allowed for him to receive the same amount back into HUF account and execute a deed to release this property from HUF ownership and future partition hassles. Post registration of above deed, the property ownership should be in the name of my father and myself. Kindly guide us upon the formal steps required to do the needful.
