Same Name Error Caused Wrong Land Transfer In Gift Deed

My grandfather name XYZ, 4 years ago in 2022 after death of my father in accident registered a gift deed of their farm land in my name. During gift deed aggreement I was minor so themy mother become the joint holder in the farm land with me. Now the issue is which no one notices for 4 years that the land number is of some other person in the same village having the same name XYZ and their farmland is registered in my name due to this error. I have no intention of taking some other person property. I don't know what to do. The coincidence is the person having same name as my grandfather and also his father's name is same as my grandfather's father name. That's why this problem happen. Also for 4 years no one knows about it until yesterday the person call to me telling there has been a mistake their property registered in my name. please help me
