Sunteck Realty Not Following The Maharera Order

I filed a MahaRERA complaint for delay in possession. On 23 June 2025, MahaRERA ordered Sunteck to pay interest at SBI MCLR + 2% on ₹1,61,95,424 from 1 July 2024 till OC/possession. Sunteck filed a Review, but it was dismissed on 7 Nov 2025; the original order stands fully enforceable. OC was issued on 15 Oct 2025 and I paid the entire principal, retaining only the interest payable. Since then, the promoter has not given (1) a reconciled statement, (2) possession date, or (3) parking details. CRM repeatedly promised updates but went silent. On 29 Nov, CRM said the legal team plans to challenge the review order, but no written stay exists. My family has no accommodation after 5 Dec, causing hardship. I need guidance on filing Execution of Order, pressing for possession without delay, and the promoter’s ability to appeal without a stay or pre-deposit.
