in rti reply they said we cannot give you information according to act 2005 rti, the information seeker can only ask about the information as available with the public authority. we only why our father medical bills of our diseased father was not passed . and In the end they said you may file an appeal before Appellate authority shri Ajoy Kumar, Asstt. narcotics commissioner o/o the narcotics commissioner Gwalior, 19 . The mall, morar, Gwalior. please help us what we do.
