Starting A New Business

I want to start my business of a beauty salon located in Patna, Bihar. No of partners are two and business is of micro level. I want to first get it registered and then I also want a license to run my beauty salon. Apart from that, I will also have some trainees who will train under my company and after completion of training, I want to provide them with a certificate that they have successfully graduated under my company. Please help me out and tell me how can I do all these kinds of stuff.
