NGOs are regulated by Societies Registration Act, it also provides tax benefits. Registered Company are governed by Companies Act, which do not provide tax benefits. Primary difference is both have different agenda, Both have different terms!! You cannot follow both at the same time, If you transform NGO into private company then the NGO registration will automatically be cancelled
