Amendment In Group Housing Bylaws

In of the Group Housing Societies, the bylaws provides that members elected to the management committee cannot hold the office position for more than two terms but the rule is being defied and people are holding office on 4th term as well. Please advise if DSC Act has issued any notification/gazette to super-cede the bylaws, more particularly on election of societies or DSC Act provides any provision to overrule bylaws by the elected management body without obtaining approval in AGM or Special General Body Meeting
