We have done partition for joint property for 130 sq yards as 65sq yards is for my brother and me, on East side as ground and first floor and same as west side is my uncle's property, with a common wall single only. Now I want to separate my brother and me for first and ground floor and I want to sell my individual first floor. How can I write document for that, this is not pillars constitution old model if other party demolish their part can I stop on my side. Tell some details about it please.

Hi, You can similarly make an agreement of partition with your brother to do partition on the basis of first and ground floor, then upon partition, you can sell your share of property in the first floor. If the other party is doing construction on your part, then you can obtain a stay order against such construction work. You should consult with an advocate in person.
