Right Of Widow On Property Of Father-inlaw Which Was Relinquished By Husband

Mrs. Meera purchased a house in Year 2005. She died in year 2017 leaving behind husband(Mr. Bajaj), 3 sons and 2 daughters as legal heirs. In 2018, these 03 sons and 02 daughters relinquished their share in this house to Mr. Bajaj. In 2019, one of the son, Mr. Harsh died leaving behind wife and 03 sons. Now, I am going to purchase this house from Mr. Bajaj. Can the wife & sons of late Mr. Harsh claim their right on this property? Is there a requirement of making a new Relinquished Deed?
