Payment Details: _Rs.20000 as an advance , Rs.50000 in 28th May 2020, Rs. 50000 in 30th July 2020, Remaining Rs.55300 in 28th August 2020 after RSO (return sales order/return of books). 2. Minimum Student Guarantee (MSG) mentioned 500 students in LOI as well. We have not achieved MSG and payment conditions due to COVID and we 50% books in stock currently. But there is RSO (return sales order/return of books) % or quantity limit also not mentioned in LOI. We kept books with us till now on their verbal confirmation. They are also not approached us for return and payment in last one year (till July 2021). We gave partial payment to him without any reminder but not as per T&C mentioned in LOI. We want Publication take back remaining books and clear balance, but publication wants whole remaining payment (sent letter for clearing payment in Aug 2021). Can we issue legal notice for taking back remaining books and harassing us for payment? There is two contradicts here in LOI. 1. we are not able achieve Minimum Student Guarantee (MSG). 2. Publication agreed on RSO without mentioned any %. Due to COVID schools were closed maximum time last years. Can we get relaxation on Minimum Student Guarantee (MSG) from court? or Court gave any relaxation in past in similar situations. I belong to NCR and I saw you are Bangalore based. Can you help me to send legal notice? can you fight this case from Bangalore, or should I find some local advocate from this website. Please suggest.
