But unregistered partition deed was made on 1985....can we file a case if limitation period is over..??????

Sir i am not sure about the exact year when the gift deed was executed, I guess it could be my great grandfather so how I can get intekal number regarding that can you shed some light on that is there any database where I can search by name regarding intekal number
