The charges were fixed on Lal Krishna Advani and Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi including 12 others after granted bail in the Babri Masjid case of demolition in Ayodhya. The Special Court of CBI has fixed the charge of joining the conspiracy against all of them.

In the Babri Masjid case of Ayodhya, today, the special CBI court in Lucknow has fixed charges of criminal conspiracy against former Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani as well as former Union Minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi and Union Minister Uma Bharti including 12 others. All 12 accused have been charged under 120B. The case will also be heard in the CBI court tomorrow. On the other hand, defense counsel KK Sharma said that we will go to the High Court against the decision of the CBI court.

Advani Refused

Lal Krishna Advani, accused of plotting the Babri demolition, refused to take charge sheet. He refused to sign the charge sheet. The former deputy prime minister refuted many allegations in the charge sheet and refused to sign it. After denying them, the deficiencies of chargesheets are being corrected.
