Delhi High Court suspended two judges in corruption charges

The Delhi High Court on Saturday (December 23, 2017) took major action against two judges and suspended them. Both of these judges were found to be involved in corruption charges.

Both the suspended judges are working in the Dwarka District Court in Delhi. This action has been done on Additional District Judge Jitendra Misra and Special Judge Naveen Arora. One of these judges is accused of traveling abroad with money from the accused person in one case. On the other judge, there is a charge against the judge that he demanded the money to revive the case.

The evidence against both the judges was presented in the Delhi High Court on the basis of which the court has convicted him of indulging in corruption. The court took the allegations against both the judges seriously and suspended them.
