Punjab and Haryana High Court got five star status

The Punjab and Haryana High Court’s website has got five stars in the whole country’s courts. There are about 30 lakhs uploaded decisions on this website. The High Court of different states will now try to learn the system which has been adopted by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has prepared a plan to install CCTV cameras in all the courts in four phases. Hearing is being heard by the High Court through video conferencing in courts, jail, hospitals and laboratories. So far 3.27 lakh under trial has been done from the jail. With video conferencing, only 14,600 cases were given by the doctors in the court.

The testimony process of the doctors of Chandigarh PGI has also been started successfully through conferencing. In response to a question in Parliament, the Union Minister has already given the answer that now this process is being implemented all over the country. So far, about Rs. 47 crores have been saved, saving the precious time of doctors and avoiding road traffic.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has also set up a Legislative Literacy Exhibition during the Geeta Jubilee celebration in which the information of the e-Court project has been given. According to the High Court judge Rajesh Bindal and Haryana’s Advocate General Baldev Raj Mahajan, the court order, case status, display board, objection list, roster, court fee and other facilities are being provided on the High Court’s website. Apart from this, all the above services are also being provided through the District Court website.

Apart from this, all interim and final orders are being uploaded on the High Court website. 300 million orders have been made available on the website for viewing and reference of the common people. According to the Advocate General, we also made arrangements for record keeping.
