Can A Unregistered Entity Send A Legal Notice

Geetings of the day! My name is Bushra and I was working for careerflix.com, they hired me for home based telecalling job but they happened to make me post advertisement in quikr and they created about 100 yopmail IDs in my name to post ADs about their vacancy. And make me work longer than what I was supposed to. they had access and can remotely control my phone. I was not aware of these wierd policies. when I asked them about all this the HR accessed my laptop and delete all the documents that I was dealing with for past 10-11 days for the job. The HR even accessed my phone and asked me to delete all the call logs and call recordings etc. And soon after that the way she spoke to me was completely different she was being abusive she called me narrow minded and spoke about my community. she told me that Muslims are narrow minded and she told me that I denied work. but I didn't deny. I told her I would do telecalling for which i actually applied. she forcefully took my job away and claims that I have taken training and didn't resume work but the training period as mentioned by the HR on the day of appointment was only 2 days when the thing came about expelling me the training period became 9 days and the HR said that i have to pay a sum of 4500 as the training fee or they will send a legal notice to my residence. careerflix.com is not registered and these job postings on quikr are merely a source of income for them. they recruit employees by posting ADs on quikr and upon his placement ask him to post more job based ADs. I have been affected by the way the HR spoke to me I want to send a legal notice to careerflix.com for getting the job done by me for 5-6 days and not paying me. They calim to be dealing with shares as well which is the only content in their website. information about home based jobs which is actually their income is nowhere mentioned in the website. I request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me a solution.
