Default Personal Loan And Credit Card EMI And Threatening From Collection Depart

Hi, Actually I took a loan approximately 10 lakh and last 2 years I paid regularly my EMI, But suddenly my company is going under loss and company can not pay my regular salary that's why I am searching for another job and in that meantime, I failed to pay my EMI last 3 months and 2 banks they already send me legal notice and also threatening me we will smash your social things and if we will complain you can not get any job in the big company because in PAN card it will reflect as a defaulter. And right now my family condition is very bad what I will do my mind is not working properly and I can not concentrate on a new job also, sometimes I am thinking I will suicide my mind is not working properly what I will do or not please help me.
