Employer Cheating And Harassment

My employer mentioned wrong designation on payslips and saying same he will do on experience letter . I joined as permanent employee in india but in last year June they converted my employment as freelance developer In malesia without my knowledge. They started mentioning freelance on payslips and never given clarification on it. Moreover they deducted my TDS in malesia .it was clearely breach and cheating. It's been a month and I didn't got any experience and releasing letter .how can I get proper letter from them and sue them for harassment snd trying to play with my career ?
