I have joined a company on 1 st march the company promise the working mode is hybrid means 2 days work from office I have 9 month old baby after joining they told me to come to office daily which I can't I asked HR and my manager about this my manager is ready to relive me but HR is forcing to serve 90 days of notice period i asked that if i can pay the 3 month of my basic salary but she is also not agree with it I dnt have any responsibility assigned to me .I dnt need anything from company like experience letter reliving letter or salary. I have company assets with me what to do in this case

If they are not listening to you then you can always serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write to stop all these harrassment and accept my resignation. You have to warn them that either stop all these fraudulent act or face legal action which will be at your own risk. And if you wish to go legal then you can always forward a complaint in writing to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
