First of all, I want to add one most important thing is that getting divorce is not a only solution. Try to solve the misunderstandings between both of you with the help of elder members of your families or getting counseling session this will definitely work. If things don't happen according to the expected result even this, then you have legal right to separate of your husband by getting divorce based upon mental as well as physical harrasments. In addition to this, you can claim maintenance from your husband after getting divorce. Ultimately, I want to give you a suggestion that try to save your marriage first of all, divorce must be as a last resort keeping in your mind future of your children if any. If you want to know about the same proceedings kindly consult from me by booking a schedule meeting as per your choice.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always serve him a legal notice regarding your thoughts of not living with him anymore. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
